Rates and Reservations
Daily Rates: Charges include full breakfast but not gratuities or taxes.
Regular Season: July 1 - Labor Day
Off-Season: May - June 30 and Labor Day - October *
*Off-season rates with breakfast, discount charges 15%
The Inn, double occupancy - from $110 - $138
Cottages - from $126 - $300

Additional person charges $20/night, including breakfast.
A deposit equal to one night's stay or 25% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is requested.
Three weeks notice is required for a deposit refund, less a $20 processing fee.
Early checkouts will be charged in full. There are minimum stay requirements on certain rooms and cottages.
Some rooms and cottages are reserved for adults only.
Check-in is 1 - 4 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.
Sorry, NO PETS.
